This purse did seem to be high quality leather and well crafted. I sent it back for 2 reasons. The first and most important was that there is no closure for the main compartment, which seems especially bad for a clutch that will get tossed down, not hung on a hook. I imagine that trying to fold over the top will result in things frequently spilling out. The second, and less important reason is that the small straps that form a handle are just flexible leather. I imagined they'd be rigid and provide some weight to keep the purse in the folded position. The description does not state that the purse has either of these qualities, but a more detailed description would perhaps have prevented me from ordering it in the first place. The color is accurate. I really like the style, and had considered adding some type of closure to it myself to make it more practical, but decided it just wasn't worth the effort.
