A new bib upper system uses a single layer of breathable Ametista without the Antigua backing, which allows the straps to stretch beyond previous limitations to accommodate longer torsos. At the back of the legs, Xpansion Channels adjust to snugly fit larger quads without constrictingThe Flex Bib Shorts are constructed on a curve to clone your bodys natural riding position throughout a range of motion. The shape of the panels eliminate puckers and creases by ergonomically following the bodys contours. HC-44 high compression fabric provides precise fit, incredible performance and maximum comfort. A second fabric, Ametista , uses carbon threads to control stretch and reinforce the strength of the material, allowing it to be lighter and stronger. Carbon has the added benefit of reducing electrical interference from cell phone towers and power lines that can negatively affect performance. Great multidensity pad, love the grippers on the legs, very soft feel top the fabric, and fit like a glove. Only complaint is that I wish the straps were just a bit wider. Sometimes, they can bunch of a bit and aren't as comfortable as my bibs with wider straps. Still the most comfortable bibs, I own, though, especially after about mile 15 or 20!

Vagabond Traveler NESTOR - 21" Leather Overnight Travel Duffle Bag (Coffee) Review

I'm going on a 2 week vacation to Spain, France & Italy & wanted to look somewhat fashionable with my luggage being that it is Europe. I did extensive research looking at other brands: Saddleback, Bric's, Mulholland Brothers but all those leather duffel bags were in the $500.00 range. Someone on internet mentioned this small company Vagabond Traveler & I must say I am Extremely impressed. This duffel could easily pass as a $1200.00 Prada or Polo. The leather is very supple, the photos show it to be hard but it is really soft. The zippers & clasps are high quality metal & really large lobster clasps to connect the shoulder strap to the bag. The interior is lined in high quality silk or nylon, the type that is really soft & found in high end bags. They say leather will have natural nicks and marks but I did not find one blemish. The dark chocolate is really dark almost black but in a good way. I prefer silver hardware to gold hardware on bags. There is alot of pockets & zippers so looks kind of light a motorcycle jacket which they may have been going for. The Vagabond Traveler logo is fairly discreet, just on on front top and branded in the leather. This duffel was a steal at this price. Now the only quibbles I have is that the metal hardware clasps are held by small 1 1/2 inch leather loops. If I filled the bag up with heavy items, over time that leather loop will stretch & break. They should have made the loop double thick even though it may distract from the look. Another item is that the bag is slightly smaller than what I expected. This is truly a weekend bag, good for a 3 day trip. It will fit easily in overhead bin in plane though. The air is dry here in Arizona so I treated it with Chamberlains leather milk which is somewhat pricey but worth it for preserving high end leather. Someday I may fork over the $600.00 for a Saddleback duffel but this will do fine for now.

Anovos Star Trek Original Series Captain Kirk Tunic, Small Review

I can't say I'm all that old at this point (missed the original airings of Star Trek: The Original Series), but suffice to say I grew up watching Trek. My parent's VHS collection was sparse when I was a kid, but it included several key films, three of which happened to be Star Trek films. Ever since then, I've always wanted to own a costume. Not just one that passes for Halloween, but something as close to the genuine article that I could find.

Anovos Production's run of these uniforms are about as spot on as one can get to what was worn on set. It took months to save up for it, but after putting it on and looking in the mirror, I couldn't help feeling like a kid again playing Star Trek with my childhood friends. The tunics are tailored to general manufacturer sizes, so if you want them to look like the skin tight fit of the third season, you'll have some alterations to do. If a relaxed fit is more your style, no tinkering is required beyond a possible hemline adjustment.

Fair warning: TAKE MEASUREMENTS AND USE THE SIZING REFERENCE ON THE OFFICIAL ANOVOS SITE. If you order through Amazon, you'll be able to return or exchange if the size doesn't fit, but with anyone else (Anovos included) you'll have to either sell the tunic yourself and purchase a better fitting size or find a tailor you trust. Speaking of tailoring, the one annoying bit about the tunic is the collar has two hook clasps to keep it closed (for putting on and taking off) as per the original 60s version. They can be a pain in the rear trying to get on as they tend to catch the excess zipper line that runs up the left shoulder. I was a little too rough with it and tore one off. Thankfully, I'm okay with a needle and thread and was able to repair the damage in a few minutes on my own.

Other than those two things, if you're a die-hard Star Trek fan and you can afford it, I recommend the purchase. With the right pair of pants and boots, you'll be the best dressed Starfleet officer at the Halloween party or the convention floor. Now if only Anovos would get around to reproducing the Wrath of Khan uniforms...
