This Coach bag is a little bigger than I usually like but decided to keep it anyway. I am so glad I did! I have gotten many compliments and the outer zip pocket that is hidden in the front fold is great to stash your credit card or cash for easy access. The leather on it is actually lizard or alligator so I must have overlooked that in product description but it has very nice detail and a dark cocoa which looks great with this darker champagne (sand) bag. When using just the short straps it has a nice slouch and I like that. It is big enough to carry everything that I usually carry and my iPad, charger, and umbrella but is still comfortable on your shoulder. The straps are a little wider where they would sit on shoulder to allow for extra weight that you may have in this bag. All in all exactly what I would expect from a Coach product. Authentic Coach is always excellent quality and company backed if there is ever an issue with their products. I had a zipper break on a 2010 bag called customer service they sent me a box with return postage paid and I had my purse back within 5 days fixed and cleaned. I only carry coach products because of their care after the sale.
