According to the size chart, I was in between III and IV, so I got the IV. But wow, they are tight. I know, I know, they are compression bibs, but I have some other compression bibs that are not this tight. I guess that's the whole point and they probably work great for what they are intended to do, but for me they were too uncomfortable in the legs.

The chamois on the other hand really felt nice. I was surprised, but it seemed to be located in the right place with a thin, firm, good support pad. Unfortunately I had to return them due to the fit, but for someone who is looking for the tight fit of compression bibs, I think these are very nice.
