I travel a lot for work and was excited for this bag due to the soft sides and how it could hypothetically hold a lot or a little. This ended up to be true and I absolutely loved it! The first problem was American Airlines did not love it and routinely told me it was not carry on (it was) and would not fit in overhead compartments (it does). Southwest has never had an issue with it so easy to look past that one.

My issue is how quickly it has fallen apart. The bolts which held the bottom of the luggage to the rods for the extendable handle fell apart within the first 3 months of owning it. Two are still somewhat in place so it is still functional. Also, since the bag is 100% fabric, there is tears along the bottom from where the bag rests when I'm pulling it.

When I pay this much for luggage, I would hope to get at LEAST three years out of it, where as with this I will hopefully get two if I'm lucky and careful.
