I purchased this bag from the website directly but was so pleased I wanted to make sure to give them a review. I had originally purchased their really large 18 inch briefcase and while I had checked the dimensions and knew what I was getting, when it got to me in the mail and I had it materially in my hands it just wasn't right for me. It was somehow larger than I had expected in relation to my 5'5 female frame. (ladies be warned) SOOOOO I returned it to them, which they made pretty simple and I was refunded my money within a few hours of my shipment being received.

Someone with this company corresponded with my via e-mail several times and was extremely polite with me even when I was sad that I had to send the first one back. They talked with me more than once about a bag that would suit me much better and they made several much more reasonable suggestions. They also didn't jerk me around when I asked questions about the materials and how to care for the leather. I am a bit of a leather enthusiast but I had never actually made a full grain leather purchase because I've never had the money. (I'm a student)

Anyway, on to the bag itself, you will need to clean it when you receive it if you wear light clothes. This isnt different from any other leather bag though, its just the nature of tanned leather. I can't find any flaws in the stitching and the hardware feels like horse tack. This adds weight but also durability. The main requirement that I was looking for in a bag was that I did not want any zippers. zippers always break, maybe not with the first year of use, or even the second, but eventually zippers break and its almost always while the bag itself has a lot more life in it but the zip just ruins the whole thing.

This bag has no zippers, it has the traditional belt buckle style which is so much better. Anyways, thats about all I have to say, I am now a loyal vagabond customer and will be doing more business with them shortly.
