Purchased this luggage for my daughter. She loved the colors and the size of the bags in the set. She used one of the pieces the 25" pullman on two occasions. On her last trip one of the wheels came off. I tried to contact jenni chan and the telephone number on the warranty tag was not in service. I then went back to my original amazon purchase which was through Ebags and asked them if they can repair or replace the luggage. I will let you know on a future review if Ebag.com was able to satisfy my request.
