Been using this bag now for about a year and I've already lost count how many times I've been complimented on it. I like its simple style without all the unnecessary extras that could otherwise distract its bare aesthetics. It's also just the perfect size for my documents, lunch and umbrella. The only issue I have is that the cell phone holder is quite small, and not for current large phones like the Samsung Galaxy X.

I had an issue with one of the parts so I called customer service and they replaced it without any hassles. I would definitely consider getting another one.
