I was overly excited when I received this handbag early this week. I thought, "wow" this is a super handbag and I can fit anything in it! Love the size and would be great to use for traveling. Of course, today I went shopping and as I was taking my purse out, one of the handles snapped at the seam! I had to hold the bag like a sack when I walked out of the mall just because I could not hang it on my shoulder with the broken strap. Anyway, I am very disappointed with it. I figure it must have been a DEFECTIVE handbag and I happened to get this DEFECTIVE one! I brought it from an apparently trustworthy ebay seller (hmmm.....maybe not) I doubt the seller would be willing to have me returned it. I guess I will try to fix it at a handbag repair shop. I still love the bag.... I'm merely disappointed at its quality!!! I know I only paid half of the retail price, but $220 is still quite a chunk of money to spend on something! Any thoughts?
