I'm 6'2" 170 and large fits just about right. The sleeves are plenty long and I had no problems with the back riding up above my bib tights. With just a simple polypro short sleeve baselayer I was comfortable on a quick 10 mile ride in ~43� F weather with moderate wind. Haven't had a chance to take it out on a long ride yet but I'm sure it will do just as well.
