I absolutely love this gi. It's tough and should last a long time. I was hoping it would shrink a little though in the dryer because its an A4 and still a bit big on me. I'm 6 ft. and 220 lbs. The pants are the best I have ever bought and they fit perfect. I would definitely buy another Tatami.

They work by splitting a layer of insulation down the middle of the glove, resulting in two pockets in which to put your hand. The two pockets are basically a compromise on both, with neither being all that warm. In the "warm" pocket, the outside seems to be lacking insulation, resulting in cold fingers. In the "grip" pocket, the palm lacks insulation. I actually think the grip pocket is warmer overall if you have something in your hand like a shovel. In mild (30s/40s) weather they work adequately, but in colder weather they don't. I also have their Annapurna mittens, which is ridiculously warm but you lose virtually any use of your hands with them on.

I'll give them 3 stars because they seem well built and are waterproof, but they are not all that warm for the price.

I spent months on Amazon researching messenger bags and trying to find a bag that both looks good, and has a decent amount of storage. This bag does both wonderfully. It has two main compartments, enough space to fit my laptop and school books, two small compartments in the front big enough to hold a couple paperbacks, and a zip-up compartment on the back. The outside is wonderful brown, and have received many compliments on it. Would buy again in a heartbeat!
