Outdoor Research Women's Covet Jacket (Black, Large) Review

I loved the style, color, pattern of this jacket. Unfortunately, the fit was just odd. I'm 5'2" and 118, runner's build but not rail thin. I typically wear small or extra small, but after reading the other reviews, opted for a Medium because of reviews that the arms and shoulders fit tight. Even with the medium over just a shirt (not even a thin sweater), I, too, experienced this - the shoulders felt tight and just weird, but the rest of the jacket was huge on me and the belt was super long and just dangled. There was tons of fabric around the waist. I really wanted to love this jacket, but sadly, it's just not the one for me.
